I had to take some time off from my regular FAANG preparation journey. A lot has happened during this period of time.
I became father again. Now, I am the father of one sweetest little girl and one cutest little boy.
Although last time I wanted to give dedicated time toward my preparation, with everything that was going on in my life, I had to press the pause button for a while.
Started doing some freelance based work. Worked on several projects which include technologies such as WebRTC, IoT, Laravel, Django, Flutter, React-Native. Although most of my work revolved around android, I did some backend and cloud technologies-related work as well.
In the end, took a job as a Senior Software Engineer in a local software company. It is a great company, and I get to work on a challenging product that will be used by millions. In here as well, my main focus is on android, kotlin related stuff.
Now that everything is sorted out and I have taken care of some of my family responsibilities, I believe this is the right time for me to get back into my FAANG preparation journey.
This time I feel different. I feel more calm. And on top of that I was able to team up with two of my previous colleague in this journey. They are absolutely brilliant and warm hearted people.
